Parent-Child Visitation
Hand in Hand has contracted with the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) to provide quality visitation to youth and families served by the Child Welfare system. Visitation will be coordinated through DCYF and take place at Hand in Hand’s Administrative Offices.

Coming in 2020: Foster Support Groups
Nurturing and engaged caregivers are essential to providing optimal care for every child. Often, they are not given the tools and guidance they need to best nurture the children in their care. Hand in Hand looks to effectively support caregivers by providing them with support groups, relevant trainings and focus groups.

Foster Support Groups will begin providing services in 2020.
